Knowledgebase Documentation: This section provides a comprehensive suite of documentation covering all Traveltek products available on our platform. It includes detailed documentation on iSell/CRM, iBos, Cruise products, and more.
e-Learning Courses: The Knowledge Hub also offers interactive e-Learning courses that dive deep into Traveltek’s functionality. These courses cover topics such as iSell/CRM, Cruise, Cruisepro, iTop, and Tailormade Specials products.
These resources in the Knowledge Hub are invaluable for both new team members who require foundational knowledge and existing team members seeking to refresh and expand their product knowledge. It’s our commitment to empower your team with the expertise they need to excel in the world of travel technology.
If you would like to take advantage of the new training materials, please raise a support ticket using the ‘Knowledge Hub’ request type and our team will assist you by enabling it on your iSell menu. Please note that all users accessing your iSell platform will have visibility of the training materials when enabled.
