Over the last few years at Traveltek we have focused on agility and adapting to new ways of working for our customers. Our investment into AWS in December 2020 was a step change for our business, improving scalability, security and stability for our customers and their end travellers. As a business we introduced Jira to manage our Customer Service desk and have invested in all area’s of our business to improve our service and internal processes.
