Traveltek, a world leading Cruise travel technology specialist, proudly announces its latest partnership with Tres Technologies. Enhancing its portfolio further in the wake of the recent preferred supplier agreement with Sabre.
This announcement comes on the heels of Sabre Corporation retiring its own cruise technology. Sabre, who hold a dominant position in North America – the world’s largest cruise market – provides Traveltek with the unique opportunity to cater to its expansive customer base from 1st November 2023.
In response to the evolving market needs, Traveltek has unveiled its groundbreaking Connect product suite, CruiseConnect, a travel agent booking system and their new API, Cruise Connect. Both systems represent the pinnacle of modern-day cloud technology. Promising users a blend of lightning speed, unparalleled accuracy, user-friendly interfaces, and rich, immersive content.
The partnership between Traveltek and Tres Technologies will enable agents to seamlessly book cruises within the CruiseConnect booking tool. They will also be able to manage the booking within Trams, the back-office tool of Tres Technologies. All using their Live Connect technology.
“We are thrilled to kickstart our collaboration with Tres Technologies,” said Rebecca Esterhuizen, Senior Vice President North America at Traveltek. “This partnership reinforces our commitment to providing a top-tier cruise solution to travel agencies, especially during this exciting phase of rapid growth in the cruise market. Our primary aim remains to uncomplicate the intricate realm of cruise travel.”
Supporting this sentiment, Teresa Giacalone, Director of Sales and Marketing, said “We are happy to be working with Traveltek with our Live or Direct Connect technology. Agents want the automation and quality data capture that integrated technology can provide”.
Both companies are eager to embark on this joint journey. Traveltek is striving to reshape the landscape of cruise technology and offer unparalleled services to their clientele.
