As in previous years, Traveltek will again be represented at ITB Berlin 2019. ITB Berlin is widely recognised as a leading travel trade show on a global scale. Now in its 52nd year, it’s one of the most established events in the calendar and is attended by over 110,000 trade visitors annually. This is where supply meets demand. Here at Traveltek, we supply cutting-edge travel software to meet those unique demands of the global travel trade.
Year of Change
The past year has been a successful one for Traveltek. We were named Europe’s Leading Travel Technology Provider for a second year running as well as scooping the title of World’s Leading Dynamic Packaging Solutions Provider for an impressive fifth year in a row.
Nevertheless, despite the accolades, we are still keen to grow and develop. As a result, in 2018, Traveltek appointed a new management board made up of prominent industry names.
This restructure brings with it a new focus for us, as travel software specialists. We’re now in the process of moving away from our origins as a bespoke “development house” to a more streamlined, software as a service (SaaS) model. This change will benefit both new and prospective clients with increased efficiencies and a much-improved core platform.
Product Roadmap
As part of this transition, in 2019, we’re investing heavily in our existing products as well as introducing a suite of innovative new solutions. These advanced tools are being developed in line with feedback received from our current clients, as well as findings unearthed following an in-depth market analysis undertaken by the Product Management Team. All of the projects will now be shown in Traveltek’s new Product Roadmap. This is a working document, which will be visible to all clients, outlining the upcoming activities for product development and enhancement.
